Located 20 minutes from Cape Town International airport and only 5 minutes from the beach, this fantastic villa is a perfect location for a family holiday. Set in a quiet urbanisation, close to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants yet only 30 minutes from the centre of Cape Town City. Close by are the designer shops of Canal Walk and Ratanga Junction Theme Park. Blouberg beach, a short drive away, is famous for kite surfing and windsurfing and offers some exceptional restaurants where you can enjoy fine steaks, fresh fish, or just sipping cocktails with incredible views to Table Mountain. This very bright and open 3 bedroom villa, comfortably sleeps 6 people in a double room and 2 twin rooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with a large walk-in shower and a corner bath with Jacuzzi where you can relax and look at the stars through the feature glass ceiling. The second bathroom also has a separate shower and a full size bath. 2 of the bedrooms look out over the patio area to the pool. whereas the 3rd looks out to the back garden area offering a quieter space, ideal to put the kids to bed while the adults can enjoy those summer evenings on the patio outside.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with scullery, featuring all the necessary mod-cons that a family would need, including dishwasher, washing machine, oven & hob, fridge freezer, etc... granite work surfaces and plenty of storage.
The floors are tilled throughout and has wooden laminate in the 3 bedrooms. Each room is comfortably furnished with built in wardrobes and offers fresh sheets and towels.
If you feel the need to work whilst on holiday, you are welcome to use the broad band internet connection via a pay as you go USB modem. There is also satellite TV with a DVD/CD player.
Outside you have a table and chairs with a built in BBQ on the patio area. In the garden you have sunloungers, with the garden and a Solar Heated Pool being maintained on a regular basis. The double garage is also at your disposal.
